I’ve said it a number of times (not in this blog, but in personal interactions with others):  Healthcare expense is an approaching train wreck on a scale that none of us have yet witnessed. It’s like that old adage about the weather, “People talk a lot about it, but no one ever does anything!”

After calling Slate out for a missed opportunity last week, I simply have to make amends by directing you to this short article by Timothy Noah about healthcare costs. Hopefully the bar graph will wake some folks up.

People, seriously – please take care of your health, and support those that are working on ways to reduce the cost of healthcare and improve wellness services.
